Supply of Corrosion Inhibitor Package at SP Subang Field Subang Client: PT Gading Digstar Karya Abadi

PT Pertamina EP Regional 2 Zona 7, through PT Gading Digstar Karya Abadi as the Main Contractor, has assigned us to design and construct a Chemical Injection Package at the Subang Processing Plant. The tank we designed has a cap city of 1,950 liters made of SS 316L material. For the pump, we are using the Williams Milton Roy US pump with a capacity rate of 84 LPD. In our injection system design, we included several supporting instruments such as a Level Gauge, Calibration Column, Y Strainer, Pressure Gauge, Pulsation Dampener, Pressure Relief Valve, and Check Valve. Since the discharge pressure in this system is 620 Psig, all the instruments mentioned earlier are made from SS 316. We are using SS 316L tubing as the main piping material, as this material can withstand high discharge pressure and is corrosion-resistant.
