Modification NaOH Tank Injection and Storage Client: PT Prasasti Nusalestari

PT Miuza Pompa Indonesia succeeded in modifying the NaOH tank injection and storage system. Where previously PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE) only had 3,000 liters of storage with an injection system that had a capacity rate of 10 liters/hour. We designed a new storage and injection system of 6,000 liters using Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) and the Milton Roy XA pump series with a capacity rate of 40 liters/hours.
In our injection system, there are several supporting instruments including Calibration Column, Y Strainer, Pulsation Dampener, Pressure Relief Valve, and Back Pressure Valve. The system has been integrated with the existing system. All of the Instrument materials use uPVC with a thickness of SCH 80. Where uPVC SCH 80 has a resistance of 12 – 16 bar. It is very suitable for PT Miuza Pompa Indonesia to choose uPVC SCH 80 as the main material on this project.
