PT Pertamina EP Regional 2 Zona 7, through PT Tripatra Engineers And Constructors as the Main Contractor, has assigned us to design and construct a Anti-foam Injection Package at the SP ABG site The tank we designed has a capacity of 1,200 liters made of SS 316L material. For the pump, we are using the Williams Milton Roy US pump with a capacity rate of 63 LPD. In our injection system design, we included several supporting instruments such as a Level Gauge, Level Transmitter, Calibration Column, Y Strainer, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Transmitter, Pulsation Dampener, Pressure Relief Relief Valve Flowmeter/Rotameter, and Check Valve. Since the discharge pressure in this system is 110 Psig, all the aforementioned instruments are made from SS 316. We are using SS 316L tubing as the primary piping material, as it can withstand high discharge pressure and is corrosion-resistant.
