Modification NaOH Tank Injection and Storage for PT Prasasti Nusalestari
PT Miuza Pompa Indonesia succeeded in modifying the NaOH tank injection and storage system. Where previously PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE) only had 3,000 liters of storage with an injection system that had a capacity rate of 10 liters/hour. We designed a new storage and injection system of 6,000 liters using Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) and the Milton Roy XA pump series with a capacity rate of 40 liters/hours. In our injection system, there are several supporting instruments including Calibration Column, Y Strainer, Pulsation Dampener, Pressure Relief Valve, and Back Pressure Valve. The system has been integrated with the existing system. All of the Instrument materials use uPVC with a thickness of SCH 80. Where uPVC SCH 80 has a resistance of 12 – 16 bar. It is very suitable for PT Miuza Pompa Indonesia to choose uPVC SCH 80 as the main material on this project.

Chemical Injection Pump Package for PT Jasa Kita Bersama
PT Pertamina EP Regional 2 Zone 7 through PT Jasa Kita Bersama as the Main Contractor assigned us to design the Chemical Injection Package at the BBS Field. The tank we designed has a capacity of 500 liters with SS 316 material. The pump that we use is a Sidewinder Pump with a capacity rate of 100 LPD. In our injection system design, there are several supporting instruments, including Level Gauge, Calibration Column, Y Strainer, Pressure Gauge, Pulsation Dampener, Pressure Relief Valve, and Check Valve. Due to the Discharge Pressure in the system of 600 Psig, all the Instruments that we have mentioned previously use SS 316 material. We use SS 316L Tubing as the main piping material, because this material is able to withstand such high discharge pressures.
